OUR SEGMENTS
FOV is a leading manufacturer of fabrics for sports, fashion and workwear. The fabrics meet fashion trends in color, structure and print. Customer demands for performance characteristics, including durable water repellency, waterproofness, windproofness, breathability, heat- and flame protection, anti-static, easy care and comfort, are fulfilled.
Our range is divided into six segments: Fashion, Sportswear, Workwear, Industry, Medical and Outdoor.
FASHION
Fashion evolves constantly both in terms of shapes, expressions and fabric qualities. Adapting to these fluctuations, we offer a creative range for streetwear and fashion, from basic to advanced materials providing soft touch, stretch, cooling and other functions needed for a stylish contemporary fashion collection. In addition, this segment includes water- and dirt-repellent fabrics for suits as well as high-quality outer materials for jackets and coats.
INDUSTRY
Industry can be anything from agriculture to construction and automotive. As well as many other lines of work. In order to meet the unique demands of specific professions within the industry, we develop fabrics with various kinds of functions, including weather protection, stretch, breathability and durability.
MEDICAL
We develop and manufacture innovative fabrics for the medical sector – barrier medical clothing. Surgical drapes, gowns and clean air suits are used to minimise the spread of infective agent to and from patients operating wounds. Barrier outfits are aimed to protect the patient against contaminationand pollution in the surgical theatre.
The range includes materials for protective garments in accordance to the EU norm EN 13795 for doctors, nurses and other staff working in the healthcare industry. In addition we also produce anti-bacterial fabrics used to make patients’ clothing and hospital linen.
OUTDOOR
Meeting the exceptionally high demands of the outdoors, we develop and manufacture fabrics with great durability and functional characteristics. Comfortable fabrics designed for outdoor activities such as trekking, hunting and fishing that combine durability with soft touch and easy care. Other typical features include breathability, weather protection, stretch and comfort.
SPORTSWEAR
Our Sportswear segment includes highly functional fabrics developed for intense physical activities in any weather condition. Ensuring optimal body-temperature management, comfort and freedom of movement, these high-performing fabrics provide great stretch, exceptional breathability, efficient moisture transport as well as weather protection.
WORKWEAR
Looking for fabrics that will take your workwear to the next level? Our Workwear segment includes hard-wearing high-tech fabrics that can be tailor-made to your unique demands. Flame- and heat protection, anti-static, weather protection, enhanced durability and highly visible reflectivity are examples of functions that we can add to these technically advanced materials.
